TradingZona is software for designing, testing and monitoring trading strategies. It does not give investment advice, it does not place orders, and it never holds or manages your money. Read section 2 before anything else — it is the part people most often assume wrongly.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TradingZona ("TradingZona", "we", "us") covering your use of the TradingZona website, application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial or paying for a plan, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
TradingZona is a research, journaling, strategy-validation and signal-generation tool. You use it to write a strategy down, test it against historical market data, measure it, and have it evaluated continuously so that it can notify you when your own conditions are met.
TradingZona does not place orders. There is no order-placing capability in the product, on any broker or exchange. A "live robot" produces a signal — an entry, a stop, a target and a size — and sends it to you. Whether to act on it, and the order itself, is entirely yours.
TradingZona does not give investment advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and nothing in it is tailored to your financial circumstances. We are not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a commodity trading advisor or a portfolio manager, and we are not registered as any of those.
TradingZona never holds your money. We do not receive, hold, transfer or manage customer funds. Your capital stays with your own broker or exchange.
Trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for every decision you take and every order you place.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you, or if you are subject to sanctions that would prohibit us from providing it.
You register with a working email address, which we verify with a code before a plan can be purchased. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person; accounts are not to be shared or resold. Tell us promptly at support@tradingzona.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Plans are billed in US dollars through PayPal, which processes the payment. We never see or store your full card details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period — monthly or annual — at the price then in effect for your plan, until you cancel it. If we change the price of a plan, the change applies to your renewals after we have told you, and never retroactively to a period you have already paid for. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply where you live; where a tax applies, it is added by the payment processor at checkout.
Each plan carries the limits published on the pricing page — saved backtests, cloud storage and the number of robots. Those limits are enforced by the Service.
The Professional and Elite plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time customers, one per account. You approve the subscription with PayPal at the start, but nothing is charged during the trial: the first payment is taken on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The Basic plan has no trial.
A refund can be requested within 3 days of the payment by emailing admin@tradingzona.com. After 3 days, payments are non-refundable. This applies to each payment separately, including renewals. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger right of withdrawal, that right applies and this clause does not reduce it.
Your strategies, journal entries, screenshots, plans, portfolios, robots and results are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display them so that the Service can work for you — nothing more. We do not sell them, we do not use them to train models, and we do not share them with anyone except the processors listed in the Privacy Policy. You can export your work and you can ask us to delete it.
You may connect your own exchange, broker, market-data and AI-provider accounts by supplying API keys. Those keys remain yours and are stored against your account on our server. Your relationship with each of those providers is governed by their terms, not ours, and any fees they charge you are yours to pay. We use a key only to do what you asked for in the Service — read your executions and balances, fetch market data, or send your prompt to the AI provider you chose. We never use a key to place, modify or cancel an order. You can revoke a key at your provider, or remove it here, at any time.
You agree not to: resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its signals as a service of your own; share one account between several people; work around plan limits or access controls; copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape it or hit it with automated traffic beyond ordinary use; use it to break the law or the rules of a market or venue; or upload anything malicious.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime, and we may take it down for maintenance. Market data, exchanges, brokers and AI providers are third parties: when one of them is down, slow or changes its interface, part of the Service may be unavailable through no act of ours. Features may be added, changed or removed; where a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.
The Service shows backtests, optimizations and paper-trading results. These are simulations, not a record of real trading, and the product says so wherever it shows one. The following disclosure is required by CFTC Rule 4.41 and we make it in full:
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any data or calculation is accurate or complete, or that any strategy, signal or result will be profitable.
To the fullest extent the law allows, TradingZona is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service — including a signal that was late, wrong or never sent, data that was inaccurate, or the Service being unavailable. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold TradingZona harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of the terms of any provider whose account you connected.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where a payment is disputed or reversed. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period you had paid for.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed, and we will tell you about material changes by email or in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are unaffected.
