What it does

• Playbook — a no-code strategy builder: indicators, candlestick and chart patterns, entries, filters, invalidation, risk and position sizing.
• Backtesting — commission, spread, slippage, financing and liquidation charged with the same models the live engine uses. Funding is charged in full when the position is open at a settlement instant, never pro-rata. Liquidation is checked before stop and target.
• Optimization — six engines (Bayesian TPE, Quantum-Inspired, CMA-ES, Random/Sobol, Guided, Grid), validated out of sample or walk-forward. The result carries an overfitting score — how much of the in-sample Sharpe is lost out of sample — and a robustness report built from the walk-forward windows, which is what the deploy gate reads.
• AI training — PPO, LSTM, Q-learning, an ensemble, and an LLM mode using your own API keys.
• Portfolio Lab — Max-Sharpe, minimum variance, risk parity (ERC), HRP, minimum CVaR/CDaR, Ledoit-Wolf covariance, Fama-French 5 + Momentum, survivorship-free S&P 500 universes, the probability of backtest overfitting (PBO) and the Deflated Sharpe ratio beside the optimized result, and export to runnable Python or R.
• Live signal robots — your strategy evaluated every 15 seconds in the cloud, 24/7, on closed candles, sending entry, stop, target and size to your Telegram. Paper mode first; going live is refused when the out-of-sample result is not positive, the backtest lost or took no trades, or the robustness report failed.
• Journal, analysis and plans — screenshots, notes, confidence and emotion, a trading plan, daily plans and per-trade plans. Crypto exchange sync (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Kraken) and broker import (Tradovate, Interactive Brokers, NinjaTrader, IG Group); nothing is written to your journal unless you press the button.
• Order Flow (Professional and Elite) — footprint, CVD, delta, volume profile, depth heatmap, liquidation zones, iceberg detection; every number labelled measured, inferred, modelled or estimated. Options Desk (Elite) — GEX, dealer delta positioning, 0DTE.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Strategies are built from forms, with indicators, patterns, filters and risk rules, and optimization, AI training and deployment are buttons. If you do want code, Portfolio Lab exports a runnable Python or R script of the exact method the app ran.

Do the robots place the orders at my broker?

No. A robot runs your strategy every 15 seconds in our cloud, 24/7, and sends you each signal on Telegram with entry, stop, target, position size and its reasoning. You place the order. Paper mode produces the same signals with no money involved.

Which markets, brokers and data sources are supported?

Futures, stocks, crypto, forex, CFDs and options, across 15 timeframes. Ten crypto exchanges plus Deribit, Massive (formerly Polygon.io), Alpha Vantage, Financial Modeling Prep, Alpaca, Rithmic (CME futures) and TradingZona Data — seventeen in all. You connect your own API keys and they stay yours.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Professional and Elite include 7 free days for first-time customers, one per account. You approve the subscription with PayPal but nothing is charged today; the first charge lands on day 8 and you can cancel before it.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the days you have left. A lower plan can be requested any day and starts when your current period ends, so nothing is charged today and you keep what you paid for until then. Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the paid period.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds: request one within 3 days of the payment by emailing admin@tradingzona.com. After 3 days, payments are non-refundable.

What TradingZona does not do

• It does not place orders, and it never holds or manages your money.
• It is not a broker and not investment advice.
• It promises no return. A backtest is hypothetical, and past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
• US equities have no public Level 2 feed, so depth tools are not available there — that is market structure, not a missing feature.
